This is my No Bake (Kinda Fake) Tropical Cheesecake. This cheesecake is ‘kinda fake’ because there’s no cheese in it, as I use yogurt or curd as a substitute for cream cheese. So it’s lighter and a tad healthier than your regular baked cheesecakes.
